1.Where is your company based?

We are an Italian company based in Milan. We are registered under the name JTA s.a.s., our company registration number is 1986653, and our VAT registration number is 07859560968

2. How can I contact you?

3. Do you have a shop?

No, we don’t have a shop.

 

Ordering

4. How can I order?

Ordering is simple. Just browse our store, select colour and size of the items you like, and add them to your shopping bag with a click. When you are done, just click on “checkout”, and you will be guided step by step through our simple checkout process.

5. Do you have a size guide?

Yes, we have a size guide that can help you if you are not sure about the size of the article you like. Click here to see our size guide.

6.Where do I find more information about your products?

 On each product page, below the images, you can find a detailed description of the article you have selected, plus information on its care and composition.

7. Do I have to register to be able to make an order?

No, you don’t need to register an account with us if you don’t wish to. You can still make an order simply using our quick guest checkout option.

8. Can I order with you even if I don't live in Europe?

Yes, you can. Please click here to see the full list of the countries we ship to.

9. How will I know that you have received my order?

After ordering with us, you will promptly receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Should you not receive our e-mail within a reasonable time, please contact us via e-mail or using our customer service phone number.

10. How can I track my order?

We will send you an e-mail to inform you that your order is being accepted and processed, and that your goods have been shipped to you. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail when your goods have been delivered, to inform you that your order is now complete.

 

Paying

11. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments with credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal, and Bank transfers.

12. I don’t have a credit card. Can I still buy from you?

Yes, if you don’t have a credit card or a Paypal account, you can still buy from us paying with a bank transfer. Simply select the option “bank transfer” at checkout and you will be given all the details to make a bank transfer to us. Once we receive your payment we will process your order.

13. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, it is safe. Payments with credit cards are forwarded to a secure and approved online gateway provided by Unicredit, a major Italian bank institution. The transfer of your information to the bank gateway is protected by a 128-bit SSL 3.0 protocol.We use encryption systems to protect your information. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read even if someone accidentally or intentionally intercepts it. Moreover, we use Verified by Visa and Securecode by Mastercard, which are programs that add an extra layer of security to your payments.

14.What are Verified by Visa and Securecode by Mastercard?

Verified by Visa and Securecode by Mastercard are programs aimed at your security. These programs prompt you to create a personal password associated with your card number, to be used for your online payments. 15.What is Paypal?

Paypal is an extremely safe and easy way to pay online. If you already have a Paypal account, you can pay with your Paypal balance. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal paying with your credit card (please check here what credit cards are supported by Paypal in your country).

 

 

Shipping

16. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost all countries in Europe. We also ship to most countries in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the U.S.A. and Canada. We serve several other countries around the world. Please click here to see the full list of the countries we ship to.

17. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to countries in the European Union is free of charge. We ship to countries outside the European Union for a flat rate of 15 Euros, regardless of the number of articles you choose to buy. You can include up to 10 articles in one single order.

18. How long will it take before I receive my order? 

We will normally deliver your order within 5 to 15 days. If you live in countries not included in the European Union the delivery in some cases may be delayed due to custom formalities.

19. Will I be charged custom and import duties?

If you live in the European Union you will not be charged any custom or import duties. If you live in a country not included in the European Union you may be required to pay import duty or taxes to comply with your local legislation. Unfortunately we cannot predict what these charges might be.

20. What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?

If no one is in to take delivery, a card will be left at the address informing you that our carrier tried to deliver. You can then either collect the parcel from the carrier local depot, or arrange another delivery.

21. Will a signature be needed upon delivery?

Yes, a signature is needed upon receipt of your parcel.

 

Returns

22. Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

Yes, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, including the delivery charges, providing it has not been worn or used.

23. How long do I have to return an item?

From the date of delivery you have 15 days to return your purchase.

24. Do you accept returns from non-European countries?

Yes, we do.

25. Do you refund delivery charges?

Yes, we do refund the delivery charges.

26. How do I return an item?

To return an item you simply have to send us an e-mail asking for a Return Authorization number. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss when returning the goods. We advise that you use a recorded deliver for your own protection.

27. Do I have to pay postage for returning an item to you?

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of postage when returning your purchase to us.
