Shipping and Returns

Please note that we are constantly adding new international destinations to our shipping policy. Click here to see the list of countries where we deliver at present. If your country is not on the list please sign up to our newsletter to receive updates on our new destinations.

European Union delivery
We deliver to all countries within the European Union free of charge. Deliveries within the EU will normally take 3 to 12 days. Price and invoice of goods delivered to any EU countries are inclusive of Italian Vat Tax, which is 22%.

No duties formalities or charges are required for deliveries within the European Union.

Our partners for EU shipments are DHL and Gruppo Poste Italiane.

Signature is required upon receipt. If no one is in to take delivery, a card will be left at the address informing you that our carrier tried to deliver. You can then either collect the parcel from the carrier local depot, or arrange for another delivery.

Rest of World delivery
Please note that all purchases will be made in Euro. Our currency converter feature will approximate the Euro values in US Dollar and British Pound, but final invoice will always be in Euro. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

All goods are shipped out of Italy, with an official invoice as per international Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of Imports and Exports.

We deliver to non EU countries for a flat rate of 15 Euro, regardless of the number of items you choose to buy. You can include up to 10 items in one single order. Deliveries will normally take 5 to 15 days. Price of goods shipped outside the European Union is inclusive of charges covering the shipping cost, excluding the flat rate of 15 Euro which will be added to the total of your order. VAT does not apply, therefore it is not refundable. 

When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. To comply with local legislation, the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, or import duty. Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they might be.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy for Europe
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging. In order to return an item, you have to ask for a Return Authorization number via e-mail at
sales@glamitalian.com 
within 10 days of receiving your goods. You will then receive an e-mail with your Return Authorization number, valid for the next 5 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us, following the instructions you will receive from us. Unfortunately we can only refund to you the cost of the product(s) and not the cost of postage for returning the goods. We advise that you return the goods using a RECORDED DELIVER for your own protection; we cannot take responsability for any item lost in transit. 

Returned items will have to be placed in their original packaging, and include the delivery note and receipt. All item labels must remain attached.

Returns Policy for non-European destinations
If you live outside the European Union and for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, including the delivery charges, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging. In order to return an item, you have to ask for a Return Authorization number via e-mail at

, within 10 days of receiving your goods. You will then receive an e-mail with your Return Authorization number valid for the next 5 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us. For returned goods from non-European destinations we can only refund the cost of the product(s) and the shipping of the goods from us to you, but not postage for returning the goods. Any import tax or custom fees paid when receiving the returned goods will be deducted from the refund. To minimize the amount of import tax or custom fees please note on the package RETURNED GOODS. We advise that you return your items using a RECORDED DELIVERY for your own protection; we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit. Returns of faulty goods In case of returns of faulty goods, or returns due to our error, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) plus any other cost incurred in returning the item(s). Goods damaged in transit In the event of goods apparing to have been damaged in transit, you are requested to immediately inform us by calling us at 00 39 328 4966093 or via e-mail at: sales@glamitalian.com

In order to make a claim all packaging must be kept.
